1. Don't budge on entertainment cost.
If you're on a budget, and you need to cut corners, don’t cut corners on the entertainment. One of the most memorable parts of any occasion is the music. Too many times the entertainment is the one thing that gets pushed to the back burner. Many times, people say that they regret not planning for better entertainment. After all it is up to you, do you want your occasion to be your most wonderful dream or your worst nightmare?
2. Don't always assume the highest price is the best DJ.
Just because another company spends more in advertisement doesn't mean they are better. It just means they have higher operating costs that get passed on to you the customer. J & D Productions is a small independent DJ business. That means, that while other companies must charge for the DJ and make sure the owner gets a fair share, J & D Productions can save you money by your DJ and business owner being the same person.
3. Know who your DJ will be.
Some companies boast that they have 10, 15, or 20 DJs working for them. At J & D Productions you will have the peace of mind by knowing who your DJ is from the minute you call. I do all of my own events and meet with each client personally.
